   You can order online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Simply add products to the shopping cart and follow the instructions for check out.    Paypal, the online company we use to accept credit card payments, accepts payments from most countries but not all. If your order is declined by Paypal for this reason please see below alternative ways to order.

2. E-mail

   • Your name
   • Shipping address
   • Billing address (if different)
   • Credit card info: number, expiration date, and name on credit card
   • Product name and quantity

   We will e-mail you back a proforma invoice showing the cost, including shipping and handling. MUM Press accepts VISA and MasterCard.

Shipping

Shipping charges are determined by the weight and mailing destination of the items ordered and include a handling charge.

There are a number of shipping options to choose from, including services provided by USPS, UPS, and FEDEX. Please note that both UPS and FEDEX will not deliver to Post Office boxes.

Depending on availability, most orders will be processed and dispatched within one business days.

Delivery times for domestic orders:

• USPS Parcel Post — allow up to 14 days
• USPS Priority Mail — 3-5 days
• UPS Ground — 3-5 days

Delivery times for international orders:

• USPS Airmail Parcel Post — 4-10 days
• USPS Economy (Surface) Parcel Post — from 6 weeks to 4 months
• UPS Standard (Canada only) — 5-10 days
